It is Not Instinctive to Not Eat Your Soup While Driving

From the back seat:

Gbot was not happy to hear that soup was not on the inflight menu.

Gbot was not happy to hear that hot chicken noodle soup was not on the inflight menu.

Evolutionary biological evidence that the automobile did not develop in tandem with Homo sapiens:

Gbot, having not finished eating his lunch at school, spreads a napkin on his lap in preparation to finish his soup on the drive home. And then pouts when I put the kibosh on opening his thermos.

  1. Oh man! Don’t you think that Gbot should get to see first hand how the laws of physics work? And seeing noodles on the ceiling is SO much fun! Remember how in the boat they kind cling to it, suspended, swaying back and forth? It can be mesmerizing!!

  2. Yes, there’s always that possibility. I hadn’t thought of it. But I suppose you’re right. One must wear a pito protector when one wishes to eat soup in a moving vehicle. Maybe you could invent one and make a mint (I was going to add that, “being a pito owner myself, I could help.” but I’m not sure it says exactly what I want it to…. so I shall simply say… I can help) : )
